Recruiting is a different platform. As we all know, day by day technology is increasing. If we’ll choose the recruiting platform. It has a very vast and good field. It has a great scope. First, if we talk about qualification, you don’t have to be prequalified with any kind of technology or any previous experience. If you’re starting your career it has to be just a bachelor’s or any master’s degree. In a Recruiting platform, communication skills are going to make a big difference. Communication skills must be very good in a Recruiting platform because we have to be on the calls all the time. Communication means when we talk to the US candidates it all depends on how we can communicate. In Recruiting we have to sell the jobs to the candidates. Every day you’ll learn something new, something exciting because you’ll have to deal every day with different people for different roles. Almost every day is an exciting challenge. If we talk about the career, first we have to join as a trainee then a recruiter, senior recruiter, team lead, team manager, then director, and so on. It all depends on how we build ourselves.

Now if you’re working as a US IT recruiter here is the basic disadvantage that is working the night shift. But if you’re taking this disadvantage as a challenge then there is a great future in recruiting, as we know we have to lose something to gain something.

It is said that great vision without great people is irrelevant and paying attention to the future of recruitment is the door to getting great people, we have to ace it to win in the marketplace All I can say is a recruiter. Recruiting is a good job. Where we connect to different people from different fields. We must feel proud of being a recruiter.
